I followed your write up and
made all the easy changes you recommended. I have used the
system 3 days and everything is working great. My PC has
more then double it's speed. Blink of my eyes and the Net
displays. I have three web sites which were slow loading,
now snap your finger and they are loaded, Thank you.

... It used to take about 3 minutes or longer, for my computer to
boot up, just to freeze on me and have to reboot all over
again. I'm no dummy, though. I already knew that screensavers
waste a lot of system resources, as well as Desktop Themes and
all those cookies and spy ware. No matter what I tried on my
own, I couldn't get things to work the way that they should.
This is a 750Mz with 256mg RAM and DSL (Yeah, yeah, I know,
but it was top of the line a year ago when I had all this
trouble), but I couldn't get better than 35K online. That's
right�35K! My 56K modem did better than that! I used to
re-install Windows about once a month because that was the
only way I could get it to boot up without freezing.
I was about to through the computer off a cliff, but I got
this E-mail and I thought, "What can I lose?". Within thirty
minutes after downloading the package, my computer booted up
within one an a half minutes WITHOUT freezing, and had a
connection speed of 840K! Every once in a while, I run the
whole package again just to clean up any trash that gets in
there from going online and any programs that I've installed
and uninstalled that changed my settings. (still haven't
figured out what keeps changing the role of my computer back
to "standard"). What else can I say? Thanks Daniel, for the
help that I REALLY needed. Keep up the good fight.

had doubts that the results would be significant enough to be
perceptible. Wow! Was I wrong! My 333 MHz AMD K6-2 has shed
its tortoise shell and is literally smoking, more like a

Your configurations made my Pentium 166 PC to go as high as it
could get, thanks to you unbelievable speed, honestly. I couldn't do it better myself
without your knowledge. Some of the configurations you
mentioned, I knew them from before and I was using them. But
the rest, I did not know them. I will Highly Recommend you.

My PC is Loaded with Programs and stuff, and after boot time I
get System Resources 92% Free (Performance) fully Loaded.
Before it was 70% sometimes Lower. The Boot time is reduced by
Half, and after it starts showing me the Windows Itself, it
needs 6 seconds to finish (Before it needed minutes to be
ready) Excellent on your behalf.
